A neighbourhood-first real estate platform built in WordPress, featuring 300 active listings across six neighbourhoods with agent profiles and map-style browsing.

PrimeNest is an independent portfolio concept. The listings, neighbourhoods, agents, and property photography are fictional. Contact forms are sample interactions that send no inquiry.
Behind the website
From brief to build.
01
The brief
Build a complete real estate website for a fictional agency centred on six neighbourhoods. The site needed to make three hundred listings browsable through keyword search, neighbourhood filters, and map-style discovery, with clear agent profiles and a sample inquiry path.
02
The design
Property cards lead the visual hierarchy with large photography and key details surfaced up front. Neighbourhood pages combine area photography, market snapshots, and listing counts. A map-style browse view gives visitors a spatial way to explore. Agent profiles connect the human side of the agency. The design scales cleanly from desktop search to mobile browsing.
03
The WordPress build
A custom WordPress theme and listing plugin manage properties, neighbourhoods, and agent profiles through structured content types. Keyword search, filters, and sort controls run on the live site. Sample inquiry forms are validated and labelled as portfolio interactions. The site runs on an isolated host with valid HTTPS and canonical routes.
