Design & WordPress development by Triyan Arif Wibowo

Oak & Loom is an independent portfolio concept. The studio, products, collection names, and editorial content are fictional. The checkout flow is a sample interaction that processes no payment.

Behind the website

From brief to build.

01

The brief

Create a complete online storefront for a fictional furniture studio. The experience needed to present sixteen handcrafted products across five curated collections while making the shopping journey feel considered rather than transactional. A working WooCommerce checkout, journal, and clear product discovery were essential.

02

The design

The design system balances product photography with generous white space and a restrained typographic palette. The homepage introduces the studio through collections, featured products, and editorial stories. Product pages present materials, dimensions, and care notes alongside gallery images. The complete journey from landing to checkout was designed across desktop and mobile.

03

The WordPress build

A custom WooCommerce-compatible theme and content plugin bring the store into an editable WordPress installation. Products, collections, journal entries, and page content are managed through the native WordPress and WooCommerce admin. The live site passed a 50-route production sweep, serves all static and dynamic assets correctly, and includes a working sample checkout that processes no payment.

The collection

Keep exploring.
