Behind the website
Create a complete website for a fictional customer-feedback platform, aimed at product, research, and customer-success teams. The story follows scattered calls, tickets, interviews, and surveys into shared themes, linked evidence, and a useful decision brief. The goal was to make that workflow understandable and give visitors a way to explore it with clearly labeled sample content.
The design was developed in MagicPath around a calm palette, clear typography, and product examples that visitors can explore. A 14-section homepage introduces the workflow, supported by feature, solution, customer-story, resource, and editorial pages. Desktop and mobile layouts carry the same source-to-insight story through to the final call to action.
A native WordPress theme and content plugin bring the design into an editable website with 37 published pages and entries across 18 template families. Page sections, structured content, articles, and artwork are managed through WordPress. The live site includes responsive navigation, searchable sample sources, evidence and brief views, and a demo-form simulation that sends no data. The public website runs on PHP and MariaDB with HTTPS.
